Selecting a track, moving to the next/previous track While playback or stop the playback you can select the desired track using the . or . buttons. To move to the next track press the . button once. To move to the previous track press in the playback mode the . button. Fast rewind/fast forward Press and hold the . or . buttons to fast forward or rewind correspondingly, sound will be reproduced brokenly. Selecting a folder To select a folder press and hold the +10/FOL+ or -10/FOL- buttons on the remote control for more than 3 seconds, folder numbers will be successively displayed on the LCD-display: F01>F02 etc. When the number of the desired folder appears on the LCD-display, release the button. Different playback modes Repeat/random playback Pressing successively the REPEAT/RANDOM button on the player or on the remote control, you can select one track repeat, the whole disc repeat, folder repeat or random playback Note: In the programmed playback mode, folder repeat is absent. Programmed playback You can program playback of tracks (max. 99) at the desired order. 1. When the playback of the disc is stopped, press the PROGRAM button once. Track number while programming “P-1” will appear on the LCD-display. 2. Select the desired track, successively pressing the . or . buttons. Press the PROG button to store the selected track. 3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 to program other tracks. 4. To playback the programmed tracks press the PLAY/PAUSE/USB button. 5. To stop playback of tracks in the programmed order press the STOP button once. To cancel programmed playback press the STOP button once again. Playback of МР3 files from the external device (USB/ SD/MMC) In the disc playback mode press and hold the PLAY/PAUSE/USB button for more than 1,5 seconds, the CD/MP3 player will switch to the USB mode. The “- - -“ symbols will appear on the LCD-display. To switch to the discs playback mode press and hold this button for more than 1,5 seconds once again. To switch to the SD/MMC mode press and hold the STOP/SD button for more than 1,5 seconds. The “- - -“ symbols will appear on the LCD-display. Press the PLAY button to start playback. While successful reading of the external device, track playback will start. Control buttons and actions sequence while operation with the external device are the same as those while operation with the disc. Maximal number of folders is 500; maximal number of tracks is 999. Note: This unit does not support playback from all HDD and some MP3 players, as well as playback of МР3 files with byte rate more than 256 Kbit/sec from external devices. Note: In case if you switched the CD/MP3 player from the USB mode to the SD/MMC mode and the external device is not connected or cannot be read, “no” will appear on the LCD- display. When there is no disc in the disc slot and the external device is connected, the CD/MP3 player will start reading of the external device. TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE Improper usage is always the case of trouble. If you consider that there is something wrong with the unit, check possible causes in this table. If you have not managed to solve the problem, apply to the nearest authorized service center or to the dealer for repair.
