WARNING: Never place child in stroller on their back with their head forward and feet rearward. WARNING: Avoid serious injury from falling or sliding out. Always use seatbelt. WARNING: Never leave child unattended. WARNING: Never use this stroller with roller skates or in-line skates. WARNING: Never allow stroller to be used as a toy or allow children to give rides to others. WARNING: Never use stroller if it becomes damaged. WARNING: Always be aware of traffic around you when walking. WARNING: Always engage brakes when you stop or when you let go of handle. WARNING: Accessories or parcels placed in or on the stroller may cause it to become unstable. WARNING: Maximum weight for objects in bottom basket is 5 lbs. or 2.2 kg. Frame Assembly 1 Rear Wheel Kit consists of: Front Wheel Assembly (Dual wheels) 2 Rear hub/brake cog 2 Rear Wheel 2 Rear axle retaining clip Rear axle cap 2 2 Rear Axle Assembly 1 Rear wheel hub cap 2 Stroller Assembly Instructions Step 1. Unfold Stroller Release storage latch located on side of stroller (Figure A). Grasp frame as shown and open until side latches engage (Figure B). Step 2. Front Wheel Assembly Turn stroller on its side. Slide the front wheel assembly onto one of the front legs. Push until the wheel assembly locks into place. Repeat for other side (Figure C1). Pull firmly on each wheel assembly to ensure that they are securely attached. Note: to remove front wheels, press the tab located beneath wheel assembly (Figure C2). Slide the rear axle assembly onto frame as shown (Figure E1). Note: to remove rear axle assembly push up the plastic baffles while pushing in the silver release button pull off the axle assembly (Figure E2). Place rear brake cog on the rear wheel – turn the cog so the grooves line up with the ribs on the wheel sprocket, then push the adapter on. Slide the wheel with brake cog onto the axle (Figure F1). Place the wide end of the retaining clip onto the grooved end of the axle, then press to snap into place (Figure F2). Position the axle cap over retaining clip and then press to snap into place (Figure F3). Place the hubcaps on the wheels – align the hubcap tabs with the holes in the center of the wheel, then press into place (Figure F4). Repeat for other side.
