The USB function can only be activated in DISC mode. 1 Insert a USB flash drive or USB memory card reader into the USB port on the front panel. . A message will appear on the TV for 5 seconds when the device is detected. Press MODE key to select device 2 Press USB MODE on the remote control to access the data in the drive. . The content menu appears on the TV. Select device: Device 1 Device 2 Device 3 Device 4 Device 5 Device 6 Disc . Copy protected contents are not playable. For USB device, only Windows Media™ Audio, MP3 and JPEG data can be access. IMPORTANT! You have to turn on your TV and set to the correct Video In channel. The disc menu appears on the TV screen. 2 Select an MP3 track and press 2; (or PLAY B on the remote) to start playback. 3 During MP3 music playback, use 3 4 keys to select a picture folder from the disc menu and press 2; (or PLAY B). . The picture files will be played back until the end of the folder. 4 To quit simultaneous playback, press DISC MENU and followed by C. Helpful Hints: – It may not be possible to play certain MP3/JPEG/DivX/MPEG-4 disc due to the configuration and characteristics of the disc or condition of the recording. – It is normal to experience an occasional “skip” while listening to your MP3 disc . – It is normal to experience an occasional pixelation during MPEG-4/DivX playback due to poor clarity of digital contents during internet downloading. – For multi-session discs with different formats, only the first session will be available. – For progressive JPEG, the loading time will take longer.
