By doing this, you help to preser ve the environment. 2 Dry your hair 1 Connect the plug to a power supply socket. • For precise dr ying, attach the concentrator ( ) onto the hairdr yer ( ).To disconnect, pull it off the hairdr yer. • To straighten your hair while you dr y it, attach the Straightening attachment ( ) onto the hairdr yer ( ). » To disconnect, press both release buttons ( ) simultaneously and pull it off the hairdrayer. 2 Adjust the airflow switch ( ) to for gentle airflow and styling, or for strong airflow and fast dr ying. • The ion function activates when an airflow is selected. The function provides additional shine and reduces frizz. » When the function is on, a special odor may be smelt. It is normal and caused by the ions which are generated. 3 Adjust the temperature switch ( ) to for hot airflow, for warm airflow, or for cool airflow. Press the cool shot button ( ) for cool airflow to fix your style. with the Straightening attachment: Note: For optimum care, the operating temperature of the hairdr yer is limited when the straightening attachment is attached. 1 Comb your hair and take a section for straightening. 2 Put the tips of the straightening attachment on your scalp at the roots of the lock to catch the hair in the comb. 3 Pull the straightening attachment downwards through the hair. Note: Always hold the tip of the hair when you pull the straightening attachment through it. » The pivoting head optimally guides the hair through the straightening attachment. » The flocked area at the top of the straightening attachment adds shine to the hair after the comb has straightened it. 4 Repeat steps 2 to 3 with other locks until you have straightened and dried all your hair.
