What if the display does not magnify? The display will not appear magnified in [Face AiAF] if a face cannot be detected or is too big in relation to the screen. In [Center], it will not appear magnified if the camera cannot focus. The magnified display will not appear when using Digital Zoom (p. 54) or Digital Tele-converter (p. 55) or when connected to a TV (p. 89). 73 Shooting with the AF Lock The focus can be locked. After locking the focus, the focal distance will not change even when you release your finger from the shutter button. 1 Lock the focus. .
