EN 39 3 Press q/<. • Printing starts. PC / CUSTOM PRINT EASY PRINT START OK • When printing is finished, the picture selection screen is displayed. To print another picture, press 43 to select a picture, and press q/<. • When you are finished, disconnect the USB cable from the camera with the picture selection screen displayed. 4 Disconnect the USB cable from the camera. 5 Disconnect the USB cable from the printer. PRINTEXIT You can use [EASY PRINT] even when the camera is turned off or in shooting mode. With the camera turned off or in shooting mode, connect the USB cable. The selection screen for the USB connection is displayed. MENU EXIT SET OK ALL INDEX Prints an index of all the pictures stored in the internal memory or the card. PRINT ORDER Prints the pictures according to the print reservation data on the card. BORDERLESS Select with or without borders. In [MULTI PRINT] mode, you cannot print with a border. OFF ( ) The picture is printed inside a blank frame. ON ( ) The picture is printed filling the entire page. PICS/SHEET Available in [MULTI PRINT] mode only. The number of prints that can be printed vary depending on the printer. Note • If the [PRINTPAPER] screen is not displayed, [SIZE], [BORDERLESS] and [PICS/SHEET] are set to the standard. Print settings (DPOF) How to make print reservations Print reservation allows you to save printing data (the number of prints and the date and time information) with the pictures stored on the card. With print reservation, you can print out pictures easily either at home using a personal DPOF- compatible printer or at a photo store that supports DPOF. DPOF is a standard format used to record automatic print information from digital cameras. Only the images stored on the card can be reserved to print. Insert a card with recorded pictures into the camera before making print reservations. Printing pictures Pictures with print reservations can be printed using the following procedures. Printing using a DPOF-compatible photo store. You can print the pictures using the print reservation data. Printing using a DPOF-compatible printer. Printing is possible directly from a card containing print reservation data, without using a computer. For more details, refer to the printer’s instruction manual. A PC card adapter may also be necessary. 42 EN Note • DPOF reservations set by another device cannot be changed by this camera. Make changes using the original device.
