The misuse, abuse, commercial use beyond 90 days from the date of purchase, neglect, accident, or improper maintenance of this machine voids this warranty. The warranty does not cover parts that need to be replaced due to normal wear and tear. Patriot Products, Inc. shall not be liable for any damages or injuries arising from our products, defective or otherwise. The Patriot Warranty gives you specific legal rights.
