Make sure these are completely dry before using the grinder. Screw off the transparent cap by rotating it (to the left, anticlockwise). Fill up the detachable reservoir with coffee beans for a maximum of 2/3 and then replace the reservoir. Screw the lid onto the grinder by rotating it to the right. It should now be possible to press in the button on the front of the appliance. If this doesn't work, turn the lid a bit more to the right. Now insert the plug into the outlet. Turn on the motor by pressing the button on the front and finely grind the beans for 30 seconds maximum. Do not keep the motor turned on for more than 30 seconds, afterwards, this powerful motor needs a few minutes to cool down. After use, always pull the plug from the socket. Then open the lid again and pour out the mixture. Never try to open the lid while the motor is turned on. More tips: - The two-armed dry chopping bowl is not suited for grinding/ chopping very hard ingredients such as rock sugar. - The chopping bowl is not suited for beating egg white, processing raw meat or dough. CLEANING FIRST UNPLUG THE CORD FROM THE SOCKET! Clean the coffee grinder after each use to prevent leftover food from sticking. You can clean the reservoir in lukewarm soapy water. Use only a damp cloth to clean the motor base. Make sure all the parts are completely dry before using the coffee grinder again.
