The USB Cat.5 Extender is composed of a transmitting and receiving unit, and enables any USB host device to send data up to 150 metres. Operation Controls and Functions Transmitter: • Power DC 5V Jack: Plug the supplied 5V 3.2A DC power supply into the unit and connect the adaptor to an AC wall outlet. • USB IN: Connect the Transmitter to your PC or laptop with a standard USB A>B cable. • RJ45: Connect a Cat.5/6 cable up to 150 metres long with the other end connected to the RJ45 port on the Receiver.
