Take care to ensure the turntable support is properly in place. The turntable may turn clockwise or counterclockwise during operation. Do not try to rotate the roller ring manually, as you could damage the drive mechanism. If it does not turn smoothly, make sure that there is nothing in the well beneath the turntable.
