Fine grater Your meat Mincer Features: Primary and supplementary operating speed - primary operating speed for all types of meat mincing, supplementary speed for processing of soft vegetables such as tomatoes. Reverse mode - to remove blocks while mincing. Big metal food tray - provides convenient supply of food in the course of processing. Three screen plates with opening of various sizes -for various degrees of meat mincing. Special attachments - for making sausages and kebbes. Overload protection system - prevents overload to protect and enhance motor life. IF THE MINCER SUDDENLY STOPPED: - switch it off by pressing ON/OFF button (5). - unplug the appliance. - let the motor cool down for 60 minutes. - rerun the appliance. HOW TO ASSEMBLE YOUR MEAT MINCER Before first use, please remove all packaging materials from the unit and wipe it with a damp cloth. Wash the parts other than the base unit in warm soapy water and allow drying. MEAT MINCING 1. Insert the feeder screw (12) into the mincer head (3), fix the crossed-knife blade (13), take the required screen plate (10, 11, 14) and fix it above the knife by aligning the screen plate groove with the mincer head pin, tighten the nut lightly (15). Attention: • the appliance with the knife improperly aligned (cutter side toward the feeding screw) won't mince • when assembling the mincer head, do not tighten the nut (15) too strong, the nut (15) should be finally tightened only after mounting of the assembled mincer head on the base unit. 2. Switch on the neat mincer by pressing ON/OFF button (5). 6. To process soft vegetables, such as tomatoes, use the low speed of rotation by pressing the low speed button(8). 7. To remove the mincer head press the mincer button (4), turn the head anti-clockwise and withdraw. 9. To dismantle the mincer head press the ring nut (15) and remove the screen plate, the blade (13) and the feeder screw (12) from the mincer head.
