Checkthe Anynet+ device’s Video/Audio/HDMI cable connections. Check whether Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) is set to On inthe Anynet+setup menu. Check whether the remote control is Anynet+ compatible. If you have removed and then reconnected the HDMI cable, please make sure to search devices again or turn your product off and on again. Check ifthe Anynet+ function of the Anynetdeviceis set on. We advise you to write down your settings so that you can easily reset them after the upgrade. 9.1.1By USB To upgrade by USB, follow these steps: 1Visit 2Download thelatest USB software upgrade exe archive to your computer. 3Extracts the exe archive toyourcomputer. You should have a single folderwith the same name as the exe file. 4Copy the folder toa USB flash drive. 5Turn on the product, and then insert the USB flash drive into the USB port of the product. 6In the product menu, go toSupport Software Upgrade. 7Select By USB. Please be careful not to remove the USB driveuntil the upgrade is complete. 9.1.2Alternative Software The Alternative Software option lets you upgrade using a file the product downloaded earlier, but youdecided not to install immediately,ora file downloaded by the product inStandby Mode.To upgrade By Alternative Software, follow these steps. 1If upgrade software has been downloaded, you will see the software version number to the right of Alternative Software. 2Select Alternative Software, and then press the [ ]button. 3The product displays a message asking if you want to upgrade.
