Listen to external audio device You can listen to an external audio device, for example, MP3 player through this product. 1 Press MP3 LINK/USB repeatedly to select MP3 link source. 2 Connect the MP3 Link cable to • the MP3-LINK socket in the front panel of the main unit • the headphone socket on the external device. 3 Start to play the external device. (See the device user manual). Listen through headphone Plug a headphone into the socket in the front panel of the main unit. Note ••No audio output from the headphone socket when you listen to the docked iPod/iPhone/iPad. Listen through the speakers instead. EN 9 Upgrade the firmware Note ••Power supply must not be interrupted during the upgrade. ••The firmware upgrade can only be available through the mini-USB port on the back plate. ••When the firmware upgrade succeeds, all settings are restored to the factory default status.
