Passive pickups have a lower output, so the gain structure of the amplifier is modified to accommodate the different pickup configurations. PRE GAIN This knob controls input level of the instrument. CRUNCH SWITCH This button engages a crunch effect, simulating the classic overdriven tube amp sound.
