For information on how to connect the computer to the Internet, see Using the Internet (page 66). To install a language pack 1 Click Start, All Programs, and Windows Update. 2 Click xx (number) optional updates are available. 3 Select the desired language pack from the list. 4 Click OK to start the download and installation of the selected language pack. To change the display language 1 Click Start, Control Panel, and Clock, Language, and Region. 2 Click Region and Language. 3 Select the Keyboards and Languages tab. 4 Choose a display language from the drop-down list. 5 Click OK. Wireless Devices (wireless LAN, WiMAX, wireless WAN, BLUETOOTH, and GPS functions) . LAN Device (LAN port) . The built-in devices you can disable depends on the model you purchased. The BIOS setup screen appears. If the screen does not appear, restart the computer and try again. 2 Press the < or , key to select Advanced. 3 Press the M or m key to select your desired built-in device, and press the Enter key. 4 Press the M or m key to select Disabled and press the Enter key. . To enable the device, select Enabled instead of Disabled. 5 If you want to disable more built-in devices, repeat steps 4 and 5 for each device. 6 Press the < or , key to select Exit, select Exit Setup, and then press the Enter key. At the confirmation prompt, press the Enter key. The hard disk drive protection function is designed to minimize possibilities of damage to hard disk drives and user data. It does not ensure 100% data protection under any circumstances.
