Resumen del manual
The system stack of Eureka-147-based digital radio (which includes DAB, DAB+, and T-DMB) provides the flexibility to implement a wide variety of services while providing a platform for the development of future services. Atmel has over 30 year’s experience designing digital radio solutions and offers a complete DAB solution including an RF front end and a DAB decoding baseband. The ATR2740 DAB baseband processor is a highly functional system-on-chip solution. Its flexibility enables the implementation of application-related tasks. This chipset forms the hardware basis for the DAB evaluation kit. Evaluation Kit Overview The DAB evaluation kit is a comprehensive tool, which enables users to familiarize themselves with the Eureka-147 family of digital radio standards. The evaluation kit provides detailed diagnostic information about the reception channel as well as detailed signaling information about the service received. A comfortable graphic user interface, installed on an external PC or laptop, enables efficient and easy use of the evaluation kit. In addition to the testing func- Evaluation Kit Content n• Complete DAB receiver including an auto motive module (DAB module sample design ATR2740-Dev-Kit2) that operates worldwide with any DAB frequency in Band 3 and L-Band n• Cables for USART and USB Connection n• Magnet Foot Passive Antenna tions, the evaluation kit also operates as a standard DAB radio, providing high quality audio.
