The controlled power outlets can be extended up to 128 by cascading up to 16 Satellite models. This ePowerSwitch is ideal to control power outlets through the serial connection of a PC, a KVM switch or a Console Server. It can also be connected to a ePowerSwitch Master to extend the number of controlled Power Outlets over IP. Features ■ On, Off, Toggle and Restart functions Each power outlet can be turned On/Off, toggled or restarted through an RS-232 Terminal connection of a PC, a KVM switch or a Console Server. The number of controlled outlets can be extended up to 32 by cascading 4 Satellite models. ■ Two separate AC Power Inputs To improve the security and increase the total current load the ePowerSwitch 8XS Satellite has two separate power inputs. The first one provides power for plugs 1 to 4 and the second one for plugs 5 to 8.
