Rinse and dry thoroughly. ASSEMBLY & OPERATION: CAUTION: Be sure the unit is switched to OFF and unplugged before beginning. 1. Place the Base on a dry level surface. 2. Place the hole in the bottom of the Pulp Catcher over the Gear. Position the Catcher so that it rests in the groove on the Base. 3. Place the Grater/Filter onto the Gear. Be sure the Grater/Filter is seated on the Gear before continuing. 4. Position the Cover onto the Pulp Catcher; the bottom of the Chute should sit inside the Grater/Filter.
