Nevertheless as a manufacturer we are committed to familiarise you with the following safety instructions: General safety • Repairs to the tumble drier may only be carried out by trained personnel. As a result of incorrect repairs considerable dangers for the user may result. Please contact our customer service department or an authorised AEG dealer in the event of repairs being necessary. • Before starting your tumble drier please ensure that the nominal voltage and type of current specified on the type plate are the same as those used at the place of installation. Please also refer to the type plate for the type of fuse to be used. • Never start the tumble drier if the mains flex is damaged or the control panel, work top or base strip are so damaged that the inside of the tumble drier is accessible. • Switch off the tumble drier before carrying out any cleaning, care and maintenance work! You can make totally sure by pulling the mains plug out of the socket or - if permanently connected - by switching off the fuse switch in the fuse box or by unscrewing the plug fuse right out. • Never use the flex to pull the plug out of the socket but pull the actual plug. • Do not support yourself on the open door - the appliance could tip over. • Do not spray the appliance with a water jet -...
