Locate the circles at the end of each spoke. Next, place a Adhesive Foot inside each circle, as shown in Diagram 1. NOTE: If you are going to use the optional TV-VCR Kit, Proceed to the instructions for those at the bottom of the page, otherwise, proceed to Step 2.
