Instead of just "shooting for a number," you will be able to find the numbers that are just right for you. It is one of the most accurate ways to measure heart rate. The Transmitter will function automatically if it is worn correctly within a meter of the watch. The Transmitter is ergonomically designed to fit comfortably during all types of exercise.
