Resumen del manual

This is a normal condition and does not affect treadmill performance. If there is lubricant on top of the walking belt, simply wipe off the lubricant with a soft cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Assembly requires the included allen wrenches and your own phillips screwdriver , wire cutters , and adjustable wrench . For help identifying assembly hardware, see the drawings below. Note: If a part is not found in the part bags, check to see if the part has been preattached. 3 1/2” Bolt (90)–4 3/4” Tek Screw (47)–4 1/4” x 1” Bolt (71)–45/16” x 1” Bolt (122)–4 4” Bolt (112)–2 5/16” Star Washer (84)–4 1/4” Star Washer (92)–4 Wheel Bolt (107)–2 Wheel Nut (21)–2 1/2” Ground Screw (114)–1 Pulse Bar Screw (68)–4 3/4” Screw (6)–7 1. With the help of another person, carefully tip the treadmill onto its left side. Partially fold the Frame (54) so the treadmill is more stable. Do not fully fold the treadmill until it is completely assembled. Identify the Left Upright (81) and the Right Upright (82); the indicated brackets on the Uprights overhang toward the center of the treadmill. Make sure there are two U- Nuts (105) (see the inset drawing) in the lower end of each Upright. Feed the Wire Harness (83) into the lower end of the Right Upright, and pull the Wire Harness out of the hole in the bracket on the Right Upright. Note: There may be a tie on the Wire Harness to help you pull it out of the hole. Attach the Right Upright (82) to the right side of the Base (109) with two 3 1/2” Bolts (90) and two 5/16” Star Washers (84). Do not tighten the Bolts yet. Be careful not to damage the Wire Harness (83). Attach the Left Upright (81) to the left side of the Base in the same way. Note: There is not a wire harness on the left side. 82 81 54 83 Brackets 109 84 90 1 105 6 2. Press the two Base Endcaps (99) (only one is shown) into the Base (109). Make sure that the angle of each Base Endcap matches the angle of the Base, as shown in the inset drawing. Attach two Base Pads (100) (only one is shown) to the bottom of the Base (109) near the two Endcaps (99) with four 3/4” Tek Screws (47). Note: There are no screw holes in the Base Endcaps. Press firmly on the screwdriver when tightening the Tek Screws. With the help of a second person, carefully tip the treadmill so the four Base Pads (100) are resting on the floor. 2 109 100 21 47 4. Identify the left handrail, which has a hole in the indicated location, and the right handrail. Hold the right handrail near the Right Upright (82). Insert the Wire Harness (83) into the large hole in the right handrail and out of the upper end as shown. Next, hold the right handrail against the Right Upright (82). Tighten a 4” Bolt (112) three to four turns into the Right Upright and the lower end of the right handrail. Tighten two 5/16” x 1” Bolts (122) into the upper end of the right handrail and the Right Upright. Be careful not to drop the Bolts into the handrail. If necessary, raise or lower the handrail to thread the 5/16” x 1” Bolts into the Upright. Firmly tighten all three Bolts. Attach the left handrail to the Left Upright (81)as described above. Note: There is not a wire harness in the Left Upright. Press two Upright Endcaps (69) into the upper ends of the Uprights (81, 82). Make sure that the notches in the Upright Endcaps are up as shown. 4 82 81 83 Notch Notch 69 69 122 122 Left Handrail Right Handrail Hole 112 112 99 109 3. Attach a Wheel (108) to each Wheel Housing (106) (only one is shown) with a Wheel Bolt (107) and a Wheel Nut (21). Make sure that the Wheel Bolts are inserted from the sides shown. Do not overtighten the Wheel Bolts. 3 107 106 108 21 82 21 107 108 7 99 8 7. With the help of another person, hold the console assembly near the Right Upright (82) and the left Upright (not shown). Connect the Wire Harness (83) to the wire harness in the console assembly. Make sure to connect the connectors properly (see the inset drawing); the connectors should slide together easily and snap into place. If the connectors do not slide together easily and snap into place, turn one connector and try to connect them again. IF THE CONNECTORS ARE NOT CONNECTED PROPERLY, THE CONSOLE MAY BE DAMAGED WHEN THE POWER IS TURNED ON. Insert the excess wire harness back into the right handrail. Set the console assembly on the Right Upright (82) and the Left Upright (not shown). Thread two 1/4” x 1” Bolts (71) with 1/4” Star Washers (92) into each side of the console assembly. After you have started all four Bolts, tighten them. 82 Console Assembly 83 92 83 71 7 Right Handrail 6.
