DIAGRAM 1 6 STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach the front of Main Seat Support (#3) to the Front Post (#9). Secure it with two M10 x 3 1/8” Carriage Bolts (#41), one 6 .” Bent Bracket (#18), two O .” Washers (#49), and two M10 Aircraft Nuts (#52). B.) Attach the Main Seat Support to the top of Front Post. Secure it with two M10 x 3 1/8” Carriage Bolts (#41), one 4 .” Bent Bracket (#17), two O .” Washers (#49), and two M10 Aircraft Nuts (#52). C.) Attach the Main Seat Support to the Cross Brace (#4). Secure it with two M10 x 3 1/8” Carriage Bolts (#41), two O .” Washers (#49), and two M10 Aircraft Nuts (#52) from top. Secure it with two M10 x 3 3/8” Carriage Bolts (#58), one 4 .” Bent Bracket (#17), two O .” Washers (#49), and two M10 Aircraft Nuts (#52) from the side. DIAGRAM 2 7 STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the Backrest Incline Support (#13) to the side-holes on the two Backrest Supports (#12). Align the holes. Secure it with one M12 x 7 .” Allen Bolt (#43), two O .” Washers (#49), and one M12 Aircraft Nut (#52). B.) Attach the holes on the end of the Backrest Supports (#12) to the pivot on the Main Seat Support (#3). Attach the two ends of the Seat Support (#11) to the two holes on end of Backrest Supports. Align the holes. Secure them together with one M12 x 7 5/8” Allen Bolt (#42), two O 1” Washers (#48), and one M12 Aircraft Nut (#51). C.) Do not over tighten the Nuts and Bolts. Make sure the Backrest Supports and Backrest Incline are able to swivel. D.) Place the other ends of Seat Support onto the Main Seat Support. Use a 4” Lock Pin (#54) through the hole on Seat Support under the Main Seat Support to secure the incline of the Seat. E.) Insert the Arm Curl Stand (#7) into the opening on Main Seat Support. Use a M10 Lock Knob (#32) to lock the Stand at desired height. DIAGRAM 3 8 STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Backrest Board (#20) to the Backrest Supports (#12). Secure it with four M8 x 1 5/8” Allen Bolts (#45) and four O 5/8” Washers (#50). B.) Place the Seat (#21) onto the Seat Support (#11). Secure it with four M8 x 1 5/8” Allen Bolts (#45) and four O 5/8” Washers (#50). C.) Attach the Arm Curl Pad (#22) to the Arm Curl Bracket (#55). Secure it with two M8 x 5/8” Allen Bolts (#46) and two O 5/8” Washers (#50). D.) Attach the Arm Curl Bracket to the bracket on the Arm Curl Stand (#7). Insert the M8 x 3 .” Allen Bolt (#56) through the open track on the Arm Curl Stand and the holes on the Arm Curl Bracket. Secure the Bolt with two O 5/8” Washers (#50) and one M8 Aircraft Nut (#57). Do not over tighten the Nut and Bolt. The Bolt needs to be able to slide on the track freely. DIAGRAM 4 9 STEP 5 (See Diagram 5) A.) Attach the Leg Developer (#8) to the Main Seat Support. Secure it with an Axle (#26), two M10 x 5/8” Allen Bolts (#44), and two O .” Washers (#49). B.) Insert two Foam Tubes (#19) halfway through the holes on the Leg Developer. Push four Foam Rolls (#29) onto the Tubes from both ends. Plug four Foam Roll End Caps (#33) into the ends. C.) Slide an Olympic Sleeve (#30) onto the weight post on Leg Developer. Attach a Spring Clip (#25) onto the Sleeve. D.) Attach the Arm Curl Handle to the back hole on the Leg Developer. Secure it with one 3” Lock Pin (#28). Attach the Abdominal Strap (#53) to the front hole on Leg Developer. Secure it with one 3” Lock Pin (#28). E.) Pull up and flip the Arm Curl Pad along the track to face the back when doing Abdominal exercises using the Abdominal Strap. F.)
