Disabled person should not use the machine without a qualified person or physician in attendance. 10. Before using the machine to exercise, always do stretching exercises to properly warm up. 11. Never operate the machine if the machine is not functioning properly. 12. A spotter is recommended during exercise. CARE AND MAINTENANCE 1. Inspect and tighten all parts before using the machine. 2. The machine can be cleaned using a damp cloth and mild non-abrasive detergent. DO NOT use solvents. 3. Maximum weight capacity on the uprights: 200 lbs. 4. Maximum user’s weight: 300 lbs. 5. Maximum weight capacity on the leg developer: 100 lbs. WARNING: BEFORE BEGINNING ANY EXERCISE PROGRAM, CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN. If the label is missing or illegible, please call customer service at 1-800-888-8899 for replacements. Apply the label in the location shown. 3 Hardware Pack NOTE: The following parts are not drawn to scale. Please use your own ruler or scale to measure the size. 4 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required Assembling the Machine: Two Adjustable Wrenches. NOTE: It is strongly recommended two or more people assembling this machine to avoid possible injury. STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) Connect the two Upright Beams (#1) by a Cross Brace (#2) in the mid-span. B.) Secure each end of Cross Brace to each Upright Beam with two M10 x 3 1/8” Carriage Bolts (#26), one Weight Post (#10), two O .” Washers (#35), and two M10 Aircraft Nuts (#33). DIAGRAM 1 5 STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Do not tighten the Nuts and Bolts until instructed to do so. B.) Attach the Main Seat Support (#1) to Cross Brace (#2). Secure it with two M10 x 3 1/8” Carriage Bolt (#26), one Bracket (#14), two O .” Washer (#35), and two M10 Aircraft Nut (#33). C.) Attach the Leg Developer Holder (#4) to the Main Seat Support. Secure it with three M10 x 5/8” Allen Bolts (#27) and three O .” Washers (#35). D.) Attach the Diagonal Support (#11) to the Main Seat Support and Leg Developer Holder. Secure each end with one M8 x 5/8” Allen Bolt (#28) and O 5/8” Washer (#36). E.) Securely tighten all Nuts and Bolts. DIAGRAM 2 6 STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Attach the Leg Developer (#5) to the Leg Developer Holder (#4). Secure it with one M8 x 2 .” Allen Bolt (#29), two O 5/8” Washers (#36), and one M8 Aircraft Nut (#34). Do not over tighten the Nut and Bolt. Make sure the Leg Developer is able to swivel. B.) Insert two Foam Tubes (#12) halfway through the holes on Leg Developer. Push four Foam Rolls (#13) onto the Tubes from each end. DIAGRAM 3 7 STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Sliding Block (#7) to the Main Seat Support (#3). Secure it with one M10 x 4” Hex Bolt (#30), one O .” Washer (#35), and one M10 Aircraft Nut (#33). B.) Attach the pivot on the Backrest Support (#9) to the bracket on Main Seat Support. Secure it with one M10 x 3” Hex Bolt (#31), one O .” Washer (#35), and one M10 Aircraft Nut (#33). C.) Insert the Incline Adjustment Frame through the Sliding Block. Use the T-shaped Lock Pin (#23) to hold the Frame at the selected Incline. D.) Attach the Incline Adjustment Frame to the Backrest Support. Secure them together with one M10 x 4” Hex Bolt (#30), O .” Washer (#35), and one M10 Aircraft Nut (#33). DIAGRAM 4 8 Step-5 (See Diagram 5) A.) Attach the Backrest Board (#18) to Backrest Support (#9). Secure it with four M6 x .” Hex Bolts (#38) and four O .” Washers (#37). B.) Attach the Seat Pad (#39) onto the Main Seat Support (#3). Secure it with four M6 x 1 .” Hex Bolts (#32) and four O .” Washers (#37). C.) Attach the two Bar Catches (#6) to the two Upright Beams (#1). DIAGRAM 5 9 10 PARTS LIST KEY NO.
