Undue stress could break pole or tear fabric. Tip: Some pin-ring bases have 2 pins on them. Second pin will be used for side poles. D) Snap Quick Clips (attached to tent body) over each tent pole to shape the tent. STEP 6: Stake Tent A) Stake tent by driving stakes through the pin-ring and webbing loops on base of tent. STEP 7: Install The Gear Loft A) This tent comes with a convenient gear loft. To install, simply fasten S-hooks located on corners of gear loft to corresponding number of fabric loops sewn onto ceiling of tent. B) The cup holder is for small drinks. S-hook easily secures to fabric loops located on inside tent. STEP 4: Install the Side Tent Poles A) Extend side poles and place in position ready for installation. Slide side poles through slide pole sleeves. B) Secure ends onto pin-rings at base of tent. C) Snap Quick Clips (attached to tent body) over each side tent pole. STEP 5: Attach the Rainfly A) Slide rainfly pole through sleeve located on underside of rainfly. B) Drape rainfly (pole side down) over tent. STEP 1: Remove Rainfly a) Detach s-hooks and nylon fasteners that hold down rainfly. b) Disengage rainfly pole from metal grommets and push pole out of pole sleeve. c) Fold rainfly for storage STEP 2: Take Down Gear Loft Detach gear loft by unhooking gear loft s-hooks from fabric loops on ceiling. Fold gear loft for storage. STEP 3: Remove the Stakes Carefully remove stakes by pulling out the hook ends. Tip: Do not pull or tug at the stake loops sewn onto the fabric body. Remove excess soil from the stakes and store them in their bag. STEP 4: Take Down the Tent a) Unfasten quick clips on tent poles. b) Remove poles from pin-rings and center hub. c) Disengage pole ends from center hub. d) Slide poles out by carefully pushing them through the sleeves away from the end at which you are standing. Tip: By following these instructions, you will minimize risk of damaging poles and/or snapping shock-cording. e) Carefully fold poles and store them in their bag. STEP 5: Fold the Tent Fold fabric into a rectangular shape the same width as pole bag. Lay pole bag at one end of tent and roll tightly together, slowly squeezing air out as you go. You can roll rainfly together with tent in this step. Store tent in carry bag provided.
