Play One ( ): Plays the selected video once, and then returns to the thumbnail view. Repeat All ( ): Plays all the video clips repeatedly until you touch the Return ( ) tab. Repeat One ( ): Plays one selected video repeatedly until you touch the Return ( ) tab. • • • • Advanced playback Highlight Recent All Highlight 1/1 Highlight playback time to the duration of a video The Highlight function plays a portion of each recorded video at random. Submenu items Recent ( ): Plays a portion of all videos created within the last 24 hours. All ( ): Plays a portion of all video files. • • • lf you run the Highlight function in the date thumbnail display, Highlight plays random portions of all the files in the selected date set. • In the Highlight play mode, you can adjust the volume by touching the screen. You can also cancel the playback. Advanced playback Slide Show Option You can set the play options for the slide show with the slide show setting menus. Interval : Music : 1 Sec Effect : Slide Show Option On On Submenu items • Interval: Continuously plays back photos at the interval you select. You can choose 1 sec. or 3 sec. • Music: You can turn the internal background music on or off. This camcorder has 7 default background melodies stored in the boot-up flash memory. When music is On, starting a slide show starts the play back of the 7 melodies in shuffle mode. • Effect: Continuously plays back photos using the fade in / out effect to transition between images. File Info You can see the image information for all images. Select the Play ( ) tab on the LCD screen to select the Video play ( SD ) or Photo play ( ) mode. page 45 HD / 1. Touch “Yes.” • If you selected “All Files,” the camcorder deletes all the files in the storage media, except for those that are protected. • If you selected “Select Files,” the camcorder deletes the files you selected. Submenu items Select Files: Deletes individual images. Touch the images you want to delete. The indicator ( ) is displayed on the selected images. Touching the thumbnail image toggles the image between being selected for deletion ( ) or not selected. Touch the ( ) tab. The selected images are deleted. All Files: Deletes all images. • • • Deleted images cannot be recovered. • Do not eject a memory card or power off the camcorder while deleting videos or photos recorded on the storage media. Doing so may damage the storage media or data. • You can also operate this function in the full and single image display modes. • To protect important images from accidental erasure, activate the image protection function in advance. page 73 • You cannot delete protected files. Cancel the protect function first. page 73 • If the write protection tab on the memory card is set to lock, you cannot delete images. • The delete function does not work if the battery charge is insufficient. We recommend you use the AC adaptor to ensure the camera has continuous power when deleting. Editing files Delete My Clip You can delete the My Clip tags from a video tagged as ‘My Clip...
