Remove the air inlet grill and prefilter. If the HEPA filter is dirty, remove and properly dispose of it. DO NOT try to wash and re-use the HEPA fi lter. 2. Remove the protective polybag from your new filter. Position the filter so that the side with the soft gasket is facing inward. Insert the new fi lter. 3. Replace the prefilter and air inlet grill. • Under normal conditions of continuous use, filter will operate effi ciently for 8 months. • When you replace the filter, write the date on the sticker and attach to a visible location on the unit. In to guarantee True HEPA effi ciency, we strongly recommend that you replace the filter when the FILTER indicator turns red or the filter has been used for 8 months.
