Operating Instructions 1. Insert two KODAK AA or AAA Ni-MH rechargeable batteries into the battery compartment. Make the correct contact for polarity (+ and –) according to the diagram in the battery compartment. 2. Insert the charger into your 12V car cigarette lighter socket. NOTE: Do this only when the car is running. The red LED will glow to indicate proper charging. After the batteries are fully charged, the red LED will turn off and the green LED will light up indicating the trickle charge is on. The charged batteries are ready for use. 3. Unplug the charger and remove the batteries when not in use to prevent loss of charge in either the Ni-MH batteries or car battery. Important Safety Instructions 1. Before charging, read instructions. 2. This charger is intended for use with KODAK Ni-MH rechargeable batteries only. Attempting to charge other types of batteries may cause personal injury and damage to the charger. 3. The charger must charge two batteries at a time. Do not mix AA and AAA batteries in the charger. 4. Do not expose the charger to rain or moisture. For indoor use only. 5. Remove the charger from 12V car socket when not in use. 6.
