THIS ACCESSORY ALLOWS MANUAL OPERA"['ION OF GARAGE DOOR FROM OUTSIDE IN CASE OF POWER FAILURE. KEEP GARAGE DOOR BALANCED. Sticking or binding doors must be repaired.
