El freno se acciona automaticamente debido a la fuerza de inercia que actua sobre el peso existence dentro del protector delantero cuando se presenta el contragolpe. Se puede hacer funcionar manualmente este freno empujando el protector delantero con la mano hacia el lado de la barra de guia. Se puede hacer funcionar manualmente este freno empujando el proteeno tire del protector delantero hacia el lado del mango. (F15) IMPORTANTE [Cuidados] Asegurese de verificar el funcionamiento correcto del freno cuando realiza la inspeccion de rutina. Metodo de verificacion: 1) Pare el motor. 2) Sostenga horizontalmente la sierra de dientes articulados con las dos manos, soltar la mano del mango delantero, golpetear la extremidad de la barra de guia contra un tocon o algo similar, y verificar que el freno funciona correcta-mente. La altura de operacion depende del tamano de la barra. (F16) Si el freno no funciona bien, solicitar una inspeccion y reparacion a su distribuidor. However when the possibility exists that icing may occur, the unit should be set to operate in anti-freeze mode before use.(F18) (1) Normal operating mode (2) Anti-freeze mode (3) Cylinder cover (4) ‘Sun shine’ mark (5) ‘Snow’ mark Continuing to use the product in anti-freeze mode even when temperatures have risen and returned to normal may result in the engine failing to start properly or in the engine failing to operate at its normal speed, and for this reason you should always be sure to return the unit to normal operating mode if there is no danger of icing occurring.
