Please follow these instructions carefully and call us immediately if you need assistance with the installation. Do not take shortcuts, skip over installation steps, or modify the Lift. Correct installation is important to ensure the Lift operates correctly. For freight-damaged items, immediately submit a claim to the carrier. Make sure installation kit contains all items on the packing list shipped with the kit. Please report any missing items immediately to our Customer Service Department. The Warranty Registration Card, shipped with the Lift, must be completed and returned to Maxon Lift Corp. within 30 days after installation and/or receipt of the Lift.
