While holding the appropriate PAD ASSIGN button, tap the pad to which you want to assign a new instrument. Release the A or ► PAD ASSIGN button immediately after you hear the instrument you want to assign to the pad. The newly assigned instrument will now be heard whenever that pad is played — until a new instrument is assigned. * The preset pad assignments (see previous page) are restored whenever the POWER switch is turned ON. * Some of the instruments are reverse sounds.
