If your computer is off, in Hibernate mode, and in Sleep mode, connect the computer to an AC power source. . The USB ports may have been disabled in the BIOS setup screen. While any device inserted or connected to the docking station is in use or the optical disc drive is writing data to a disc, you cannot disconnect the docking station from your computer. Save unsaved data, exit applications that are using such devices, and then try again. If the above does not work, shut down your computer and disconnect the docking station from the computer. . When the battery pack is running out of power, you cannot disconnect the docking station from your computer. Charge the battery pack or shut down the computer and then try again. . Be sure to return to the originally logged on user before disconnecting the docking station from your computer. Disconnecting it as any other user may cause malfunctions.
