This product is not intended for illumination purposes or for commercial or industrial applications. A Important safety instructions To avoid life-threatening electric shocks: • Protect the rope light from damages: NEVER force any objects of any type through the rope light. Do not use pointed or sharp objects for affixing. Do not bind the rope light to movable objects, for example doors and windows. Do not suspend any additional items from the rope light. Do not bend the rope light. • Should the rope light become damaged, immediately remove the plug from the wall socket. Then arrange for the appliance to be checked by Customer Services. • Ensure that the power plug NEVER comes into contact with water or other liquids. Should you place the rope light outdoors, select a suitably weather-protected wall socket or use a waterproof extension cable. If you are in any way unsure about it, consult a specialist. • Ensure that the plug is at all times easily accessible so that it may be swiftly removed in the event of danger. • When in use, ensure that the power cable cannot become jammed/trapped or damaged in any way.
