Before proceeding with assembly, make sure all parts have been received and are in good condition. If there are shortages or damage, report it immediately to the company from whom you obtained the machine. (Note: In the following instructions, the item number refers to the number encircled for that part on the drawing, page 4.) Your blower is shipped from the factory completely assembled except for the upper handle. 1. Bolt the two piece upper handle (item 27) to the lower handle (item 37) with hardware provided. Note that by loosening the locking knob (item 31) you can fold the handle over the engine for easy loading in trunk of car. 2. Place the throttle control assembly (item 32) between the two handles and secure in place with the 1/4" by 2 1/4” bolt and nut. Affix tie wraps (item 36) to upper and lower handle as shown. Leave enough slack to allow for folding the handle. 3. Your leaf blower is shipped with the rear wheels in a narrow wheel base position. For greater stability, you may wish to reverse the wheels so that the long wheel hub is inside toward the engine. To do this, remove cotter pin (item 22) and flat washer (item 21), flip wheel over and replace on axle. 4. Service the engine as recommended by the engine manufacturer. Do not put any objects like sticks or fingers in holes of impeller cover. 4. Stop the engine and disconnect the spark plug wire before attempting to clean obstructions or blockage from the intake or discharge passages. 5. Stop the engine and allow it to cool for at least two minutes before refilling the gas tank or before lifting leaf blower. 6. Do not put a vacuum kit of any kind on this machine. Foreign objects entering the impeller housing will destroy the impeller and may cause injury. Maintenance Instructions 1. Follow the service and maintenance instructions for the engine specified by the manufacturer. 2.
