Set the runner kit aside you will install this later. Lay the trailer on the ground with the black fabric side down. Raise the two side frame panels of the trailer. Remove the wheels, top cover, and flag from the trailer seating area. Set these aside you will install these later. Raise the cross bar into place until the hole on the side frame panel and the hole in the cross bar are lined up. Insert the knob through the side frame panel and into the cross bar. Tighten the knob. Warning! Check this knob periodically during and before each use to be sure it has not become loose. Failure to do so could result in serious injury to you or your child. WHEELS Install the wheels by pushing the button on the outside of the wheel labeled "push". Insert the wheel axle into the frame. Give each wheel a tug to be sure they are secure. Warning! Check the wheels periodically during and before each use to be sure they have not become loose. Failure to do so could result in serious injury to you or your child. ET O W ARM Tip the trailer onto it's back. Remove the pin holding the tow arm in place. Flip the tow arm out until it's full extended. __Insert the pin through the bracket and into the hole in the tow arm. The Pin should go completely through the tow arm and bracket. Once the pin is through flip the safety clasp over and onto the pin. Give the pin a tug to be sure it is secure. Warning! Check this pin periodically during and before each use to be sure it has not become loose. Failure to do so could result in serious injury to you or your child. TOP COVER Attach the two buckles located at the rear and sides of the cover. Pull the cover forward and attach the bottom of the cover to the corresponding velcro strip on the trailer skin. Warning! Rocks and debris from the bicycle wheels could injure your child. Only use the trailer with this cover in place. Failure to do so could result in serious injury of your child. SAFETY FLAG Assemble the flag and insert the end into the small sleeve on the side of the trailer skin. Warning! This flag is meant for use only with the trailer. This flag is not a toy. Do not let your child play with this flag when not in use. Failure to comply with this warning could result in serious injury of your child. HARNESS Place a single child in the center and use the center strap in the middle. For two children use the outer center straps and shoulder straps. Unclip the straps and place your child in the seat. Adjust the upper buckles to fit snugly above your child's shoulders. The crotch strap buckle should come just below your child's belly button, where a normal belt would lay. Adjust the ladder lock so the buckle is in the correct position. Buckle to two side straps to the crotch strap and adjust snugly so you can fit two average size fingers between the belt and your child. The buckle should be centered in your child's abdomen. Hook the shoulder straps to the D-rings on the buckle and adjust the ladder locks so it fits snugly. Warning! To avoid serious injury or death, children should always wear the seat belt and shoulder straps. FOLDING Loosen and remove the knob from the side frame panel and the cross bar. Fold the cross bar down. Fold the side frame panel with the cross bar attached down first, and then the other side frame panel over that one. The trailer can be folded with or with out the wheels on. If the wheels are removed they can be stored inside the trailer when not in use. STORAGE The trailer has a rear storage area. This area is not intended for items weighing more than 10 lbs. Warning! Distribute items carefully and evenly. Items may cause the trailer to become unstable. Failure to comply with this warning could result in serious injury to you or your child. HITCH Unhook the safety strap from the loop. Loosen the knob to open the hitch. Attach the hitch to the rear chain stay of the bicycle. Tighten the knob until the hitch feels secure, and cannot be moved. Rehook the safety strap to the loop after wrapping it through the bicycle frame. Warning! Check this knob periodically during and before each use to be sure it has not become loose. Failure to do so could result in serious injury to you or your child. WALKING KIT Remove the handle and swivel wheel from the plastic bag. Warning! Plastic bags could cause suffocation! Plastic bags are not a toy. Dispose of them promptly. Push the button on the wheel receiver. Insert the swivel stud into the receiver. Give the wheels a tug to be sure they are secure. Warning! Check the swivel wheel periodically during and before each use to be sure it has not become loose. Failure to do so could result in serious injury to you or your child. Remove the back portion of the top cover. Loosen both knobs on each side of the handle. Attach the handle to the side frame panels.
