2 Remove the new seal from its packaging. 3 Clean the spacer. 4 Slide the spacer (with slots toward the motor housing) over the motor shaft. 5 Lubricate the inside of the seal using Dow Corning 111 Lubricant and Sealant. (Note, Do not lubricate the static side (outer portion) of the seal. This could cause the seal to rotate in the bore and leak.) 6 Carefully slide the seal over the motor shaft and press it firmly until is fully seated against the spacer and the seal cannot be pushed any further.

Dispense all of the hot water into a large container. Repeat for the remaining dispense valves. 5. Remove the mixing chambers, nozzles, and static mixers. Rinse in hot water to remove excess pulp and concentrate. 6. Place the mixing chambers, nozzles, and static mixers in a separate container of sanitizing solution and agitate vigorously. 3.3 Condenser Dissipates heat from the compressor and prepares the high pressure refrigerant for the capillary tube and ultimately the evaporator. 3.4 Condenser Cleaning It is very important to do this on an annual basis and as required. With the side panel off inspect that the wires are free and not trapped where they could become pinched and short out to the cabinet frame. NOTE: It is also recommended that before reattaching the panels to the machine reinstall the control and verify machine functions properly.
