Registered Multi-Cast addresses are lost when a device is reset or the receive mode is toggled
(such as by turning promiscuous mode on and off).
Problems fixed in recent versions
There were no defects or fixes included in 10GigEthr-02 version B.11.31.1009.
There were no defects or fixes included in 10GigEthr-02 version B.11.31.1004.
There were no defects or fixes included in 10GigEthr-02 version B.11.31.1003.
4 Known problems and limitations
The following problems are known to exist in version B.11.31.1009.01:

Using ncweb to change number of receive queues causes an error message.
Severity: Medium
When you use the ncweb or SMH interface to change the number of receive queues, an error
message appears.
Workaround: Use nwmgr instead of ncweb to change number of the queues. The command
syntax is:
nwmgr -s -A drv_mq= -c lan
where

The number of queues that you want to enable.

Instance number of the LAN interface; for example, lan1.

Resetting a port with traffic running can cause the controller to go offline.
Severity: Medium
If you use a command such as lanadmin -r to reset a port while it is active and under
load, the controller might go offline.
Workaround: Do not reset a port until its traffic level has subsided.
This problem will be corrected in a future release of the 10GigEthr-02 bundle.
