1. 2. Proper seat adjustment is important. There are twelve adjustment holes in the REAR FRAME(3). These adjustment holes allow users to adjust the position of the seat for efficient exercise. Do not attempt to adjust the seat while you are on the Air Fusion 4525 Bike. Always tighten the ADJUSTMENT KNOB(49) after adjusting the seat to a new position.
