Force water into the ports and blow dry with vacuum cleaner air, or low pressure compressed air. The correct flame will be blue, extending past the thermopile. The flame will surround the thermopile just below its tip. Natural gas pilots require adjusting when the inlet gas pressure is above 5" w.c. (1.245kPa)
